Associate Professor of Law at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat. Before joining NLU Sonipat she worked as an Assistant Professor at Hidayatullah National Law University (Raipur, Chhattisgarh) from Aug.2009 till October 2023. She also rendered her services as a Junior Advocate at M/S Tata Steel, Jamshedpur from 2001 to 2006. Dr. Balwinder has completed her B.A. LL.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and LL.M., from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. Dr.Kaur completed her Ph.D., from Sambalpur University. She has more than 13 years of teaching experience at National Law Universities. Visiting faculty at IIM Raipur, XIMB Bhuneshwar, IIM Rohtak, and IIIT Raipur. Dr.Kaur held many administrative positions. She is also part of many projects sponsored by Govt. of India.
